Welcome to the Flowmaster Customer Portal

The Customer Portal is intended to provide a one stop shop for all users to get information about the latest Flowmaster developments and provide a place to exchange ideas with other Flowmaster users. Before you can access the services in the Customer Portal you will need to create an account.

Creating an Account

User accounts are created automatically and require you to fill in a simple form.

If you are registering for an account for the first time you will need to have your Flowmaster SRO number handy. Your SRO number indicates you have an active license.

To find your Flowmaster SRO number do the following:

1) Open up your Flowmaster interface

2) From the top menu go to Help> Current License

3) Your Flowmaster SRO number is located in the SRO field. It is usually a 5 digit number.

All other information is self explanatary on the form. An email will be sent to the address you provide on the account registration. Please follow the link in the email to activate your account.

Logging In

Once you have set up your account you will be able to simply login with your username and password. If you don't set a username when registering for an account, your username will be the first and last name you entered.

Forgotten Password / Username

If you have forgotten your password you can simply click the link below the login field and fill in your Username (optional) and the email address you registered with. The system will automatically create a new password and email it to you.
